You do not need a Fishing License or to be Registered with NOAA.
As we have all the needed Licenses and Registrations to cover you and your party in New Jersey and New York Waters.
All Charters/Trips include:
USCG Licensed Capt., all Rods/Reels, Bait/Tackle, Ice and coolers, Cleaning, Bagging and icing of your catch, and a rewarding fishing experience. Feel free to bring your favorite lucky pole, we will rig it for you.
Most trips do not have a Mate, should a Mate be requested or used they work for a 15-20% Gratuity which is not included in the Charter price.

Catering Can Be Arranged For Your Trip
The captain reserves the right to cancel due to weather (rain is not a weather factor), storm warning, mechanical problems or any other conditions which inhibits the safe operation of the vessel. Should this occur, your deposit will be applied to another charter date. Every effort will be made to reschedule any trip that is canceled to your convenience.
